Payment Methods

We accept cashier's checks, US Postal money orders, and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before we will ship our merchandise. Sorry, no personal checks accepted. Cashier's Checks and money orders may be made payable to Victoria Sampson.

Policies

Layaway is available! We require a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit down and allow a 60-day grace period to pay off the balance. If, after 60 days, you have not paid your balance, contacted us, or responded to our inquiries, all monies paid on the account are forfeit, as we cannot return cut fabric. In special cases requiring more than 60 days to pay the balance of a non-default account, we may allow an extended grace period. Layaway customers are required to sign a contract.Contact us for details.

For Wedding orders, please contact us at least 6 months before the wedding date. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required on all wedding orders. All wedding orders MUST sign a contract, and payment is remitted with the signed contract. No exceptions. The balance is due upon completion of the order, and upon receiving payment the order is shipped promptly and insured. Please check your outfit for proper fit at least 60 days in advance of the wedding date, in case alterations need to be made. Bridal work is only available in New York State, to ensure proper fittings. All travel expenses will be paid by the Client.

Weddings, Special Orders, and Layaways must be 21 or over to sign the contract. Under 21 must have a parent or guardian sign for them.

Customer is responsible for taking own measurements. Lady Victoria's Castle Closet will not be held responsible for incorrect measurements or improper fit due to said measurements. The sole exception to this are Bridal Fittings done in person.

All Custom Order pieces require a 50% deposit. Custom Order pieces are not returnable.

No cash refunds. Store credit or exchanges only.

No returns of damaged, altered or worn garments. All correspondence on orders will be conducted via email, so that there is a record of all transactions. My prices are my prices; I will not partake in underbidding for a garment that someone wishes to have made, nor will I copy someone else's design. This is not only illegal, it is unethical, and frankly, not worth my time. I will also not make and sell a garment from a commercial pattern, as this too is illegal. Each pattern is drawn up to your measurements and kept on file. I do not sell/loan/donate/give away any of my patterns. I do not rent garb. There are many places that do, both online and on the street. I will give large order discounts. Please contact me for details.

As our designs are individually sewn to order, please allow 6-8 weeks for completion and delivery. For rush orders (2 weeks and under) add $70 per outfit. Contact us for details.
